Returns & Exchanges

Treat Boutique cares about your satisfaction!

We offer the following policy for returns and exchanges:

NOTE: All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Exchanges (same item in different size):       within 21 days from date of receipt.

Returns for store credit:                                         within 14 days from date of receipt.

Refunds:                                                                            within 10 days from date of receipt.

 

Received the wrong item or size?

If the item you received is not the item or size you ordered, we apologize!

We check every order, however on very rare occasions, mistakes or manufacturer errors may slip through.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible! If it is our error, we will cover the cost of shipping for your exchange.

 

Exchanges:

If you ordered the wrong size, we will gladly exchange it for the same item in a different size, dependent on current stock availability.

In the event an item you requested for an exchange is back-ordered or discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible. 

For full priced orders, we will provide you with a pre-paid mailing label for free return* 

*Only within continental US
  Limit of 1 free return per order

For orders where a promo code was used, return shipping is at the customers expense.

 

Returns for store credit:

If you simply changed you mind about an item, we will gladly accept a return in exchange for store credit. Once again, shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping will be at the customer expense. We will waive the 10% restocking fee if you choose our store credit option.

 

Refunds:

If you would like to return an item for a refund, we can accommodate this.

Please note however shipping fees are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. A restocking fee for refunds also applies:

If returned item(/s) is less than 50% of your order total, a 10% restocking fee applies.

If returned item(/s) is more than 50% of your order total, a 20% restocking fee applies.

To avoid this, simply choose the ‘store credit’ option

 

 

Return & exchange requirements & restrictions:

For hygiene reasons, all sales are FINAL (no exceptions) on the following items:

All undergarments, panties, thongs, hosiery, pasties, wigs and wig accessories and hats.

 

Furthermore, returns will NOT be accepted for items that have been worn, laundered, smell of smoke, body odor or perfume; items that are soiled, stained or have lotion or deodorant; items that have human or animal/pet hair on them; items not returned in original packaging or that have tags removed.

Sale or Clearance Items are also final sale & not eligible for return.

Costumes are not eligible for refund, however can be exchanged for the same item in a different size, or store credit.

Should we receive an item ineligible for return for any of the above reasons, no reimbursement will be provided. We will return this back to the customer, at the customer's expense.

 

Shoe Returns:

All returned shoes must be new, with no signs of wear. No scuffing, marks, or dirt.

We recommend you try shoes on with hosiery & in a carpeted area.

Shoes must be returned in the original box & packaging, & with any manufacture tags provided included.

Shoe boxes must also be in new condition. Do not ship shoes back using the shoe box as the shipping box.

Shoes &/or shoes boxes returned with any sign of wear will NOT be accepted and will be returned back at the customer’s expense

Any defective shoe claims will be forwarded to the manufacturer for their review and should they be deemed defective, the manufacturer will replace the shoe only with the exact same shoe (same style, color and size)

 

Holiday Items:

 

Any Christmas themed items must be returned with postmark prior to December 23.

Any costumes purchased in the month of October must be returned with postmark prior to October 28.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:

To begin a return or exchange claim, please email: Info@TreatLV.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

 

We will contact you back within 48 hours to provide you with the RMA number, and all further instructions for returning or exchanging your item.

 

Please note:

You must contact us for ANY requested returns within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Any unauthorized returns, returns outside of the indicated time frames, or returns which do not be the eligibility requirements will be refused, and items will be shipped back, at the customer's expense.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
